Will Thorp (Range 21-35) Born & educated in Frome, Somerset, Will moved westward and studied acting for 3 years at Bristol Old Vic. On graduating, he moved to London and his career began at the New Vic, with "Home Delivery" and "Cork & Spark". Stage work occupied the first few years … he played Mike Conner, (Sinatra role) in "High Society", Sambo in "Naked Flame" (tour), Don John & Dogberry in "Much Ado About Nothing", and Guy Haines in "Strangers On A Train". He became well-known on BBC1 as Woody, the paramedic in "Casualty", playing the role for 3 series. Then he appeared in Steven Poliakoff's "Friends & Crocodiles" as Venture Capitalist, and most recently as Toby Zed in a 2-part episode of "Doctor Who". Will has just completed the recording of two Doctor Who talking books, playing young Julius Caesar in "100BC", and a Yorkshire lad, Jacob, in "Bedtime Story". A personable, affable young man, Will was persuaded to feature in Series 3 of "Strictly Come Dancing" - hanging on to his sequins for 6 weeks! A voice that is young-sounding, intelligent and enthusiastic - and very commercial.
