Tim Flavin He has a shelf-full of awards from his work in hit musicals on Broadway, and in the West End. Tim's most recent screen credit was as Johnnie Ray in the BBC's drama series "The Long Firm". He appeared in the world premiere of "Tragedy, A Tragedy" at Notting Hill Gate Theatre, and in the Gershwin musical "My One & Only" at the Piccadilly Theatre. He gained Laurence Olivier awards for "Crazy for You", the Gershwin musical, and for Rogers & Hart's "On Your Toes". Other theatre credits include "Dracula", "Kiss Me Kate", "No Way to Treat a Lady", "Company", "Rocky Horror Show", "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang", "White Christmas" & a gala production of "Follies". As director/choreographer Tim's productions include "Me and My Girl", "Cabaret", "Little Shop of Horrors" & "Stepping Out". As a dancer, Tim has been likened to Fred Astaire. Numerous plays for BBC Radio 4 include "Suffer the Children", "Curriculum Vitae", as well as "Finian's Rainbow" and "Anything Goes" for Radio 2. Played Will Parker in "Oklahoma" as part of the Proms at the Royal Albert Hall; Joey in "Pal Joey", and Junior in "On Your Toes" for the Richard Rodgers centennial. Tim's equally popular with clients on commercials and corporates, as with producers of cartoons and CD-Rom games, using his wealth of crazy characters. He was the narrator for the American TV series "Airline USA". |
