Paul Broughton
(Range 35-55)

Born in Liverpool, Paul tried out various jobs before enrolling at the local Drama College, graduating with distinction - and has never stopped working since.

His theatre credits include "A View from the Bridge", "As You Like It", "School For Scandal", "Tis Pity She's a Whore", "Caravan", "Closer to Heaven" and "The People Are Friendly" at the Royal Court. He appeared in "Democracy", Michael Frayn's award-winning play, at Wyndhams Theatre and played a fabulous character part in "Billy Elliott" at the Victoria Palace.

His latest film was with Samuel L. Jackson - "51st State", directed by Ronnie Yu.

Paul has appeared in most major TV series, including "Casualty", "The Bill", "Heartbeat", "Brother Cadfael", "Peak Practice" and "Between The Lines". For three years he played Eddie Banks in "Brookside", then two series as D.C. Frank White in "Liverpool 1", and more recently in "Ready When You Are Mr. McGill", "Spooks", and "Nice Guy Eddie".

A friendly, familiar Scouser voice, rich with character and humour, and a great story-teller.
