Mark Bonnar
(Range 20-35)

Trained at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music & Drama, Mark won the prestigious BBC Carleton Hobbs award in 1996, and has since recorded over 50 plays for BBC Radio, as well as appearing on various magazine programmes for Radio 4.

A native of Edinburgh, his other accents include Glasgow & Aberdeen. A warm, friendly voice, with good dramatic interpretation.

Mark has appeared with the Royal National Theatre in "Richard III", "Flight", "Anthony & Cleopatra" and "Chips with Everything". He spent the 1999 summer season at Stratford, in "Volpone" & "Tales of Ovid" for the RSC. In the last few years he's appeared in "Country Wife", "Out in the Open", "Robin Hood", "Cherry Orchard", "Twelfth Night", "At the Table" and "Cyrano de Bergerac" (National). He played in "Much Ado about Nothing" in Salisbury and "A Girl in a Car with a Man" at the Royal Court.

Recent TV includes "The Trial of Tony Blair" (playing Gordon Brown's spin-doctor), 7 episodes as guest lead in "The Bill", "Inspector Lynley's Mysteries", "Nuclear Secrets", "Inspector Rebus", "Trust", "Wire In the Blood" & "Taggart".

Commercials include: Co-op (2004 TV campaign), Boots, Comet, Go Airlines and First Telecom - (at which, a top London Creative Director said "There's one of the best voice-overs I've ever worked with"!)
