Jonathan Aris
(Range 25-40)

Jonathan has a surprising versatility, so he's difficult to pigeon-hole. Equally at home with comic invention for commercials, or tongue-twisting techno-speak for many regular corporate clients.

Documentaries include several series of Air Crash Investigation, Egypt (Discovery), Microkillers and dozens of films for National Geographic. He also regularly re-voices foreign athletes for Trans World Sport.

Commercials include Direct Line, British Airways, Barclaycard, BT, BUPA, Egg, Comet, Kleenex, McDonald's, T-Mobile & First Choice Holidays.

Many cartoons, such as Bob & Margaret, and The Adventures of Paddington Bear. Games include Athens 2004 Olympics, Croc & Croc 2 (all voices), Top Spin Tennis, Lotus Challenge, Official Formula One Racing, Rally Trophy and Deep Fighter.

On TV he's appeared in Margaret Thatcher - The Long Walk to Finchley, The Amazing Mrs. Pritchard, Confessions of a Diary Secretary, The Government Inspector, (Peter Kosminsky's award-winning drama about David Kelly), Not Only But Always, (playing Jonathan Miller), Doc Martin, Hotel Babylon and many others.

Films include Flawless, Birthday Girl, Ali G in da House, Metroland, The Jackal, and Mike Leigh's award-winning Topsy-Turvy.

Theatre work includes the critically acclaimed Death Of A Salesman (starring alongside Brian Dennehy), the British premiere of Mr.Peters' Connections, by Arthur Miller (Almeida & UK tour), The Rivals, The Importance of Being Earnest and Biloxi Blues (all Salisbury Playhouse) - and the original W. End cast of Fame - the Musical.
